2015 Vendor Agreement

Vendor's are required to have read and understand the items discussed in the vendor handbook in order to be a vendor at the market. If any questions arise send an email via the form on this site.

People wishing to be a vendor must complete this form and submit with payment. If vending for only one market, the form need only be submitted the first instance in a season, subsequent instances need only payment.

These are resources about what is and is not allowable in the State of Wisconsin in regards to home canning and resale.
