ABOUT THE VENDORS

Vendors are able to sign up for one of three options: the entire season; four weeks at a time; a single market at a time. As such, there are some vendors that will be present on a weekly basis. We have provided a brief synopsis of those vendors here. Due to the nature of how vendors sign-up there can be a nice variety of others on any given week. We recommend visiting our facebook page to see a potential list of who will be at and what will be available at market each week.

A.S. DESIGNZ

A.S. Designz is done by Amanda Scholz and brings an assortment of items to the market. Her emphasis is on handcrafted jewelry though she also has some upcycled items for the home and some fiber/fabric creations. At any given week you may also find some treasures from her small home garden.

Amanda takes a holistic approach to her garden avoiding sprays and pesticides and sticking to companion planting to help manage pests. As such she has a nice variety of herbs and a great attitude!

"I love bright and fanciful embellishments. My jewelry is aimed at adding that touch of whimsy to your day...any day. Dress it up, dress it down, it goes anywhere!

Inspiration: It seems that once I sit down for a jewelry making session...things just keep on rolling and I can't stop! I LOVE finding new color combinations and pushing the edges of "acceptable". I don't want my product to be "acceptable". I want it to be Amazing, Incredible, Adventurous and Inspiring. Dazzling comes to mind too. And who says you need to dress up to sparkle?"

3 GIRLS GARDEN

Owner: Aletha M Pullen.

"We're recent transplants from Upstate New York...and we are loving it over here. After spending about 16 years concentrating on a career in chemistry I decided to do something more meaningful with my life. So, I stated a garden with my beautiful daughters and it's a big one!

I'm "retired" from the pharmaceutical industry and have developed a minor case of "chemophobia." We aren't certified organic yet, but we do garden under organic farming practices; we don't use any pesticides or herbicides and our fertilizers are organic approved. Almost all of our seeds are heirlooms and most are certified organic. We intend to offer a bit of everything: greens, root vegetables,  tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, corn, sunflowers...the list goes on; maybe we'll pickle a thing or two.

We started this garden the hard way, by hand, and it's been an awesome experience!
